This paper describes a generic architecture for semantic enterprise interoperability in general and for cross enterprise interoperability in particular. It is based on MDA, SOA and GERAM approaches in order to define a more agile interoperability system. This system is knowledge-based in the way that it uses either ontologies and rules during the integration process, providing more flexibility that is necessary to increase system agility.
