Investigation of SnO2 defect chemistry in relation with the electrical conductivity

Résumé

The influence of the sintered conditions on tin dioxide is studied by means of a morphological characterization. The conductivity power law dependencies are deduced from our experiments carried out in a vacuum chamber and associated with a thermogravimetric method. the results are interpreted in relation with the defect chemistry of tin dioxide.
