Collaborative Decision-making Support System to Enhance Competencies within Enterprise Networks
Abstract
This paper presents a decision support system to facilitate the collaborative management of enterprise competencies, in the context of company networks. By hypothesis, this research focuses on the development of similar proficiencies within long term stable networks. The decision procedure is based on a comparison among alternative competence development action plans. Enterprise competencies are described using fuzzy subsets and a multi-criteria decision aid method is employed. This approach is applied to a SME network, in the area of the software industry.
