Outil numérique d'aide à la décision pour la définition de stratégies de rénovation du parc bâti Stéphanois

Abstract : The low rate of buildings' refurbishment (150,000 / year over the desired 400,000) asks the question of the effectiveness of strategies involved. The decision makers by their limited rationality feel difficulties to steer the building sector towards meeting its commitments. The contribution of cognitive resources through the use of digital tools in the decisions themselves seems as a real opportunity for improvement. The objective of the research presented is to contribute to the development of a methodology and a tool to bring decision makers (local and / or their proxies) toward priority actions. Specifically we develop an interface for the analysis of the building stock through a quantitative and qualitative approach. This analysis incorporates the physical, social and urban characteristics of buildings. The aim is to produce a tool, GIS Web format, to visualize, characterize and assess the potential for renovation at different scales (plot, area, IRIS ...) of the building stock of the Saint-Etienne area.
