Typologie des visions stratégiques responsables : cas des PME marocaines labellisées RSE

Abstract : The objective of this research is to enrich studies on CSR strategies in SMEs in general, and in southern countries in particular, especially in Morocco. It is about focusing on the strategic aspect of CSR in SMEs by mobilizing the concept of strategic vision of CEOs. At the end of this article, with a qualitative methodology we present a typology of strategic visions of the CEOs of labeled Moroccan SMEs, which are the philanthropy and the business case, and the organizational expectations of the Moroccan SMEs’ CEOs of the CSR’s formal approach.
