A Guideline to Organize Communication Infrastructure for Alliances of SME

Abstract : Information and communication technologies can be seen as driving elements in virtual enterprise organization. As far as alliances of SMEs are concerned, the required infrastructure must be light, with a rather low cost. To choose an acceptable infrastructure organization, a multi-criteria analysis describing the technical requirement and the way the virtual enterprise organization is perceived and integrated by each partner is proposed and can be used as a generic guideline to define adapted security policies in each enterprise.
